It is often associated with a virtual replica of a machine or an industrial plant, but this definition only reflects a limited portion of the technology\u2019s true potential.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In reality, a Digital Twin is much more than a digital model: it is a dynamic platform that connects the physical and virtual worlds, enabling the simulation, monitoring, optimisation, and prediction of the behaviour of complex systems throughout their entire lifecycle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>FROM DESIGN TO MAINTENANCE<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">One of the key strengths of a Digital Twin is its ability to support a product or facility from the earliest design stages.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Even before a machine is physically built, its digital twin can be used to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Verify the correctness of the design<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Simulate different operating scenarioS<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identify potential critical issues<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Optimise performance and energy consumption while evaluating enable organisations to fully understand and leverage the potential of this technology.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>CONCLUSIONI<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Digital Twin technology is not simply a new technology; it represents a new way of understanding the relationship between the physical and digital worlds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">From design and production to maintenance, sustainability, training, and Artificial Intelligence, its potential is immense and continues to grow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The real challenge for companies is no longer determining whether Digital Twin technology will play a role in their future, but rather understanding how to use it to
